4.1-32 does not include eclipse.  There is no 'Coldfire IDE.pdf' file in our 
distribution.  The section titles you mention do not appear in the 
getting-started.pdf guide.  Where did you obtain the software?

furthermore, 4.1-32 is no longer supported.  The current Sourcery G++ Lite 
release is 4.2-8, which you may obtain from 
http://www.codesourcery.com/gnu_toolchains/coldfire
