Getting started when firmware is located in ColdFire internal FLASH.

Hello,

I currently do evaluation using a M52235EVB (Evaluation Board).

Since the beginning of my evaluation of Sourcery G++ for the ColdFire 
processors, I only load/run the firmware using the internal ColdFire 
SRAM, and all is going fine.

After searching a while, I have not found any documentation that tell 
how to get the internal ColdeFire FLASH programmed, and how to debug 
the firmware from the FLASH.

Is m68k-elf-sprite is able to program the internal FLASH of a 
ColdFire, or do I have to use another utility ?
