[arm-gnu] Create a BPABI Object?

I have a vendor postlinker (that I don't control) that works with BPABI objects produced with ARM RVCT armlink using the "-bpabi -fpu=none -pltgot=none -dll" options. But at present, I don't have access to the ARM RVCT toolchain. Can CodeSourcery Lite (the arm-none-linux-gnueabi toolchain) create a BPABI object like that produced by armlink? I realize a linker script might be able to do it, but I don't have that skill set.
