Message-ID: <876FEC76D05A3D4BBA9B8FB705108BFB162B05CE@IMCMBX02.MITRE.ORG> I have a vendor postlinker (that I don't control) that works with BPABI objects produced with ARM RVCT armlink using the "-bpabi -fpu=none -pltgot=none -dll" options. But at present, I don't have access to the ARM RVCT toolchain. Can CodeSourcery Lite (the arm-none-linux-gnueabi toolchain) create a BPABI object like that produced by armlink? I realize a linker script might be able to do it, but I don't have that skill set. Hello Yuvraj, Assuming you are using Sourcery CodeBench Lite for ARM EABI 2012.03, you will find that the set of supported boards that work "out-of-the-box" is sparse. The getting-started.pdf document included with the toolchain, chapter 5 will list the supported boards. For ARM926 parts, you will need to write your own linker script. Alternately, our Personal, Standard and Professional Editions come with a more expansive set of supported boards: http://www.mentor.com/embedded-software/sourcery-tools/sourcery-codebench/editions/ http://www.mentor.com/embedded-software/supported-processors?product_key=Sourcery_CodeBench Thanks, -- Ricardo Anguiano Mentor Graphics +1-510-354-6774
