[arm-gnu] elf2flt for the Code Sourcery Lite

Hello everyone,

I'm using the latest Sourcery CodeBench Lite for ARM_GNU_Linux.
However, I cannot generate FLT binary for mmu-less arm as the linker
does not have any elf2flt option. I was trying to compile elf2flt
myself, but elf2flt requires libbfd.a and libiberty.a from the
tool-chain which I cannot locate in my Code Sourcery installation.

Can anyone point to me how to deal with this elf2flt problem? Thanks a million.
