[arm-gnu] OSBDM support

I'm new to ARM processors and Freescale Kinetis... I'm sorry for the dumb questions below.

I'm using a Freescale Kinetis (ARM Cortex-M4) demo board with OSBDM interface 
integrated. I already installed OSDBM driver (downloader from www.pemicro.com website) 
so I can see correctly two peripherals (OSBDM Debug port and Virtual USB Serial Port).

Now I'd like to use CodeSourcery suite for ARM to program (just now I want only program) 
the internal flash memory of the microcontroller, starting from a SREC file.

I know I can use Debug Sprite tool to do that, but I couldn't find the definitive way. I already 
copied the two driver DLLs (libusb0.dll and osbdm-jm60.dll) in bin subdirectory where 
arm-none-eabi-sprite.exe and arm-none-eabi-gdb.exe are present.

And now? How can I run -sprite and -gdb tools to program the flash?
